What is GRIT

The objective of GRIT is to simplify the science and translate the psychological concepts critical for wellbeing into practice.


This framework has been developed in response to feedback from multiple sectors including; education, business, sporting and mental health sectors, based on the need for a preventative intervention that supports the application of positive psychological theory and practice


Learning Objectives

Module One  is recommended for individuals and groups working with children, adolescents in adults in a teaching, coaching or mentoring capacity (for example teachers, counsellors, coaches, social workers).

The intention is to provide an introduction to the science of Positive Psychology, and is the first of seven standalone modules in the GRIT series.
