The uncertainty of our ever-changing world means we have to be able to have the tools to manage the pressure and expectation this puts upon us. Pressure is an everyday part of our personal and professional lives. The top performers are the ones that can manage pressure on a consistent basis and still perform.

The training will introduce you to the science and theory of pressure and the impact pressure can have on us physically, mentally and our performance. By understanding the why of pressure, it then allows us to use tools to the manage pressure. We will discuss the tools that our world class athletes use to perform at the top when the heat is on at an Olympics or World Champs.

This interactive and practical training will allow you to develop the knowledge and skills to manage pressure on a consistent basis.
