Dr Sarah Anticich
Dr Sarah Anticich
Sarah is a registered Clinical Psychologist and has a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, with 15 years’ experience working across multiple organisations in New Zealand and Australia including; Finance Recruitment, Education, Specialist Mental Health services, ACC and the Department of Corrections.
Sarah has specialist expertise in the area of anxiety prevention and promotion of well-being and currently holds several roles as a Clinical Educator and Post Graduate Lecturer in Health Science, University of Canterbury, School Psychologist at Christ’s College and Director of Performance Wellbeing.
Sarah translates the latest scientific evidence into practical tools to help people develop their own well-being and enhance performance of individuals, teams and organisation.
Gemma McCaw is a member of the New Zealand Woman’s Hockey team and is currently training for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Gemma has played 254 test caps and is a three time Olympian and dual Commonwealth Games medallist.
With a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, Gemma co-founded Performance Wellbeing, and is passionate about working with individuals and groups to enhance their health and wellbeing.
Gemma is the proud patron for the Chalky Carr Trust which raises funds for those affected by cancer and is also a New Zealand Olympic Ambassador, visiting schools and teaching students about the importance of friendship, values and respect in sport and in life.
John has extensive expertise and experience in the areas of Mental Skills, Well-being and high performance across multiple contexts from sports teams, organisational coaching and individual support.
John has worked closely with many of our national sporting teams and individuals including; New Zealand Cricket, New Zealand Softball, New Zealand Golf, Tasman Mako Rugby, and Tactix Netball. John continues to work alongside High Performance Sport New Zealand, Crusaders Rugby, New Zealand Rugby, New Zealand Bowls, Canterbury Cricket and Christs’ College.
Outside the context of sport, John has worked closely with organisations providing individual and group coaching within the areas of; leadership, performance skills, and wellbeing to ensure they are working to their potential and flourishing inside and outside the work place.
Anna is a former high performance athlete who represented NZ at two Olympic Games and Commonwealth Games where she won a gold and two silver medals. She was consistently ranked in the top 10 in the world during her swimming career with a highlight of setting a world short course record in 1992.
Currently working for High Performance Sport NZ as an Athlete Life Advisor and a proud mother of 3 children, Anna is passionate about wellbeing and working with people to realise their full potential. She believes in a values and strengths based approach and brings energy, compassion and humour to the work she does.
