Our expert trainers deliver on line and small group interventions over 8 x 45 minute sessions designed to enhance well-being resilience and build mental skills.
Our aim is to facilitate each session with foundation skills that participants can immediately put to use across all areas of life including academic, sport and performing arts. By the end of the programme, students will be armed with new tools and practical skills to help them approach challenges with confidence and calm.
